Registration starts here. Since Fearless in Italy involves hosts from two countries, it’ll take two steps to get you paid up, confirmed, and squared away.
Step One: Click here
Once we receive Step 1 payment, you will get your first Fearless confirmation email, from your American hosts, which affirms that we have received your down payment. A second email from us will follow within 24 hours and it will include a link to Step 2 with detailed instructions.
Step Two: is the payment directly to Bluone for the tour. This is the link you will receive in your second email from your American hosts. The charge is € 7,250 per person double occupancy (if you are traveling solo, add € 750 for a single supplement). (Here is a currency converter.)
This second payment covers all expenses * once you arrive in Bologna: twelve nights lodging at Al Capella Russo, all breakfasts, 10 lunches, 8 dinners, tour fees, operetta performance tickets, wine, entry fees at museums and tour-sites, and plus charges for cooking classes: in short, all our cornucopia of activities and meal, except two dinners on your own. (Airfare not included).
On receiving this payment, you will get a second confirmation email from Marcello and Raffa of Bluone. It will include questions about any special dietary needs or preferences, a waiver, and other pertinent information.
And there you are! On December 1, Crescent will send you the Zoom link for our group call on Sunday, December 3, at 10:00 am Central. See you then, on that call. Next stop? Bologna!
